Corner blitz?

What happened to the corner blitz we were so successful with last year? Couch and Davis each had a sack and forced 3 fumbles. Feel like they also had a few batted passes or forced early throws. Would love to incorporate that more this year

Brought this up on the thread D$ posted the other day on changes I’d like to see.

Either they’re very low success and we’re just not good enough to get anywhere close to the QB and I haven’t noticed when using a CB blitz or we’re not doing it

I well times blitz can protect a ****** secondary. I feel like we haven't blitzed nearly enough this season.

Right now we're the worst type of defense. I prefer a defense that gives up points but creates negative playes and turnovers as opposed to a defense that slowly and safely gives up points. We are the latter rn.

And that's why we don't blitz. You can trust this defense on anything

A cover blitz would leave a WR alone in space with a safety. We all know how that will end.

A better question is why can’t our DEs apply pressure without having to do a stunt
