What do the tags with numbers signify?

All in a Catalog, from the province of where I found them. I do 3-4 shows a yr....so if someone purchases one. I can tell them where I found it. If they spend big bucks on an item....I can easily get them a Proof of Authenticity from Carlos Tatum (good friend) who is Floridas upmost expert on Indian Artifacts in the State. $25 pays for it being papered.
