The Band with Bob Dylan???
It was post-Dylan, but yes his previous band. It was Bob Dylan and the Band, and then they just kept The Band. The Last Waltz (an abortion of musical accuracy) was their most famous live concert. It was their final run, in SF the nights before Thanksgiving 1978. It was supposed to be Dylan, Ronny Hawkins, and Joni Mitchell and spawned out from there - Neil Young, Dr. John, Van Morrison, Neil Diamond, Muddy Water, Clapton, Emmylou Harris, Mavis Staples.

Unfortunately, the res of the Band had a falling out with Robbie Robertson as they broke up. Att the time Robbie and Martin Scorsese, who directed it, were bonding over mountains that would make Tony Montana blush. So after the film, they essentially re-recorded and dubbed over everything, put Robertson way up in the mix, and put the majority of camera time on his despite him not being anymore more than a backup vocalist and rhythm guitarist. Anywho, Music From the Big Pink and The Band self-titled are incredible.

For those complaining about lack of updates … you all are better than this.

If you come in here and the last few threads are about brisket, adopting cats, PMs from Whoop, aliens with big ****s and black ladies with big **** … that means there is no update and that’s yours update.

Yeah, and he would likely have to take a significant pay cut.

DVD is also fully invested in his son's football career in Miami. Doubt he will leave anytime soon unless for a major P5 opportunity
Agreed. He's getting paid well and can be groomed to be a career DB coach and maybe DC at Miami if that's what he wants eventually. Be our own version of Corey Raymond (before he went to UF).
