Funny part is, I never stated anyone specifically and I actually said that most info posted on this board is vague, which clearly shows my comment insinuates overall and was not directed at any one individual. And in fact was not directed at you. Yet you felt it was. Hmm, I wonder why.

As far as post count goes, is that really the best you can do? Because you made your 2nd home a message board, or maybe it's your primary, that means you know people and I don't? Great argument.

And if I am wrong, I can fade into oblivion? Again, if you like the fake spotlight, which it's evident you do, by all means go ahead and have it. But I can assure you I will be right here when the official word comes out. I hope things change. Trust me, I much rather have Cormani be a Hurricane and let the masses feel good about themselves when they attack what I posted or even myself.

Also, I will never be wrong and I will never be right. Because all I am is a messenger. Simply passing along what I am told. The only people who would ever be wrong or right are those providing the info that are actually the ones closely involved in these things.

Lastly, I never made a guarantee. I said that I was told Cormani was not going to be a Cane as of that moment I was told. What I did say was that 98% of the time I am told something by this individual, it holds true. Very rarely what they share ends up being wrong. And that is due to the nature of who they are and how close they are to these situations.

With that being said, I hope everyone has a great Christmas and that Cormani does end up a Cane. That way our Canes get a stud CB and those waiting to pounce on me can enjoy themselves in that front as well.

If you look at current 247 rank we are 4th not counting him. How can we drop further without him?

Also recruiting is not over. Even without him we can still land some more in Feb. to help our average.

That said I feel I’m on a gator board talking about our recruiting ranking. All depends on what schools right behind us do.

He's still committed so he still counts towards our class rating.

We would flip flop spots with OU and be trailing them by .08. If you go to class calculator and remove him it drops us to 289.08 I believe.

I agree that wants to be here. Read the tea leaves and watch his actions. It says Miami is his top choice and not really close.

He basically shut down the recruitment of reports are accurate. UF and Bama would pony up so if he wanted to be there, he would. I doubt Miami offered some outrageous deal to entice him that those schools wouldn’t find a way to match.

Deion got the number one CB recruit last year. There is no way he hasn’t had contact with Cormani this whole time. What would he tell Cormani now to make him not sign his LOI? If he really wanted to be with Deion, why would Colorado all the sudden be the deciding factor? Deion has shown he can secure a bag where he already is. I can’t see him all of a sudden being a factor in this recruitment when there was no peep about it before. If I had to bet , I would say there is no smoke there and Deionis just using the situation for publicity.

So what else is there? If a team came out of the woodworks with a ridiculous offer, why not just sign Friday? Another team or money causing this just doesn’t make sense to me.

That leaves some type of qualifying issue or some unknown out of left field. Makes me wonder if there is some sort of family medical issue in play that has him considering staying closer to home.

Life throws curveballs at you. Choices are weighted and situations arise that don’t always allow you to do what you really want to.

I think he wants to be at Miami, but there is something going on that could prevent him from going with what he wants.

Could be as simple as wanting to first know that he CAN qualify academically for UM ... get all of the credits he needs in and accepted ... before signing a NLI. In the meantime ... we need WR's and DT and an OC.
