We fought back majorly--after the quick start and VCU battling back, especially with Woodrey not having his best, I was admittedly worried. Abrams...****. What an outing for him...helluva job. We kept grinding offensively, and were finally able to string together the big inning to pull away from these guys.
Credit to VCU...they're a tough, scrappy ballclub. They sure didn't play like a true 4-seed.
On to Omaha!!! Very happy for these guys. Cannot wait to see U*** or F$U in Game 1.
