How is Morris as a recruiter? Because of all the major sports, baseball is the one where the coach/manager has the least impact on the on-field performance outside of the lineup he puts out there.

there are two things with recruiting

he routinely builds solid classes.......but routinely loses the center pieces of the class to the MLB draft

so he either needs to change his strategy and focus on kids who arent going to be top 10 picks and will never step on campus........or he needs to work on selling them on why they need to come to school and not go to the draft

but im ******* sick of hearing him blame the mlb draft for his shortcomings

if he cant figure out how the **** to fix it......he needs to go.......this excuse **** has to stop
