You're making that up ... so far the only thing that ESPN has done is OPTED IN on the existing media agreement for the option period of 9 additional years ... at the very same financial payout as in the original agreement ... there is no"new revenue". Any modification of DISTRIBUTION METHOD to the programs, including "brand payout" and "success payment" all amount to a "re-distribution" of the base amount received.The money for the brands will be new revenue, the ****** programs won't take less.
And the GOR isn't up in 2030 or '31. That makes no sense. They are better off going to trial.
