These ACC refs are trying help Clemson. That explanation by the announcing official is complete BS!!! The defender had no opportunity to not land on Clubnick. Clubnick fell straight back. It wasn't even a vicious hit.

I'm so sick of this overofficiating. The defender is trying to make the tackle. He did NOT launch or leave his feet. He simply fell forward. That garbage call cost SMU a TD.
