Coley

I'm sure Coley told him everything will be fine.

So did Randy Moss. So did Greg Reid. So did Arrington Jenkins. So did etc.

If we had FSU's roster right now you wouldn't find two Miami fans that would turn down Coley.

He has the upside you take a risk on if you can.

He is our best receiver if he can suit up tomorrow....yeah, I will pass on him. If he was offered and did what he needed to do to get in at Miami, you go all in with a kid this talented. If his supposed charachter issues are really that bad, boot him or he rides the pine. We won't be fighting for an ACC title or National Championship if we let 17 year old kids that maybe have an attitude all go to fsu. If we do that, enjoy 6-6 records and talking about our 5 titles of the past.

Kid is the best wr on our team last year this year and three years ago. FSU doing an amazing job the last 3 years and everyone said rankins mean ****. I guess top classes 3 years ina row mean nada.

**** dude get off FSU's ****. Every post you make you mention FSU, got ****.

The rumors are that this kid has insurmountable off the field issues.

If he qualifies and makes it to Tally, he will undoubtedly Greg Reid out of school.

Jimbo and Co. are well aware of all this and have had discussions w/ Coley concerning them. The thing for FSU now is that we have recruited well-enough and we have a staff that is clicking on all cylinders and is involved (unlike the latter BB years) that you can afford a high-risk/high-reward guy like Coley. A few years ago we probably couldn't, but we are so loaded at WR that if Coley busts it won't hurt, however if he pans out then "hoo-ray". Basically a win-win.

Can't argue with most of that. But no, you're wrong, if he busts it will hurt. You play by the 85 rule just like everyone else, and there will be another player out there playing somewhere else because Coley took his spot. But I get and agree with your premise.
