Probably a 1st qtr suspension!Half game suspension coming
It is because of the severity of her injuries, as she “only” had bruises. (I am in no way minimizing the impact to the victim.) GA criminal law distinguishes misdemeanor and felony assaults by both intent and the severity of the injury. So, since he allegedly never hit her and “only” grabbed her, and she “only” (and thank goodness) received bruises, they decided it didn’t rise to a felony. There are several charges there, however, and I’m sure many could debate whether domestic violence and/or involvement of an unborn child should automatically give rise to a felony, but that’s the way GA law is at the moment.Anyone in GA or anyone else know why tf only misdemeanor??
Will Kirby eclipse Urban Myers personal best? How many is this now at UGA over the past couple years? 50?

Definitely not. His father has been well-known around Georgia football coaching / recruiting for a very long time, and Kirby has already gotten them two championships. He’s not going anywhere anytime soon.Seems silly to say but, they are trying to get Kirby out of town, I can feel it.
Well done sir“Young, who played multiple seasons for the Miami Hurricanes and is still heavily connected to the Miami Hurricanes team that just got bailed out by terrible officiating last weekend, was arrested for beating a pregnant woman. Sources say he learned this violent behavior during his time with the Miami Hurricanes.”
