Encourage everyone to post their coaching depth chart top to bottom or first to worst

Sad thing is, besides Barrow is there anyone else on this staff that another FBS program is saying boy wish we had that assistant coach.

It's my understanding that Barrow is pretty much a recruiting guy. Listed as LB's and Special Teams but Coach D is probably coaching LB's predominately and Golden is Special Teams. Before Golden he was consistently under fire from fans.

The most important part of my list is definitely the last four, the top could be jumbled anyway you want.

This was my understanding as well.
 
The linebackers are good so Barrow gets to be good now? How good was he when he was coaching the linebackers under Shannon?

I have no idea how anyone outside of the film room and/or practices can judge the job of coaches who aren't coordinators.

Quick question, how does our passing game being 2nd in the NCAA in drops get McDonald at the top of these lists? Since as Lu said you really have no way to judge these guys realistically; if we are going to look at on the field production, how is this forgotten (and of course I know a coach can't catch the ball for these guys, I am just really making the point the unit has underperformed too).
