This is the time of year where I hate the NFL.
Here you have college football programs wrapping up their seasons, recruiting done as well as
hiring and firing coaches with a few days before spring football commencing only for these a-holes to begin hiring coaches from the college programs.
It reminds me of MLB conducting their draft in the middle of college baseball postseason.
Annoying.

The $ is getting so insane for these coaches I get the move to be on an elite NFL team as a QB coach and then get an OC job and zero recruiting, NIL.

I’m actually surprised that more college coaches haven’t left for the pros.

And if they get in the right situation they shoot up the ladder quick. Zac Taylor went from being the OC at the University of Cincinnati to the Head Coach of the Cincinnati Bengals in about 2 1/2 years. Crazy.
