Ok, this one I don’t get. Dude took Rice to bowl games the past two years and now they fire him mid-season? We’re talking about Rice here. How does that make sense?

The SMU effect. All those Texas schools with all that money and now they’re seeing success at SMU. In my opinion, it’s gonna put a lot of pressure on Rice, as we see, and Houston.But we’re talking about Rice! How many “above .500” seasons is the Rice coach supposed to have?

Always thought he would be a viable candidate to replace Dawson if our OC took a HC job.
The current Nebraska OC is probably very nervous at this point...lol
I for one hope Mario takes a step forward when Dawson leaves and doesn’t go for a retread like Holgorson.
