I'm obviously not Memmon but I say that Shelby did good work at Indiana, recruiting and
developing several DBs during his time with the Hoosiers.
He also played at Oklahoma so he has experience with a big-time program.
He won't last long at Kent State.
In fact, I wouldn't be surrpised if he is snapped up by another bigger program before 2024
season.
Just my humble 2 centavos.

I think there were people hoping he would replace Addae if I’m correct.

For me at least, I’ve see him as a really good evaluator and developer of DB’s at Indiana.

I was expecting him to move up the college ranks coaching, not down to a school like Kent State.

There’s another guy in the B1G who’s quickly developing a reputation as a major DB developer - Aaron Henry.

In the last 3yrs, he’s had 5 guys drafted and play well in the pros’s.

He’s the DC for Illinois, but I suspect this coming season will be his last one there. One of the big programs will throw a lot of $ to get him on their staff.
