Not sure if that means it's done or just that he has emerged as their lead target. Someone also tracked Fuzzy Zoeller's jet (often used by IU) to an airport near JMU. The usual coaching search drama.

If he gets the job, he'll be doing it without the star QB he would have inherited so it hurts his chances.

Between Diaz, Knowles, and Gibson he's far more suited as a HC than those 2 guys. Gibson especially. I was the first person beating the table for Jim Knowles and I've interacted at the Duke camps and clinics in the past.. he has that connection to the school in his favor.. but he's not a HC to me. Career DC type of guy.
