James Franklin isn’t anything special as a coach. Recruiter yes. But that doesn’t matter in the league

Franklin really caught peoples eye years ago when he came through NFL’s Minority Coaching Fellowship Program.

Interesting, I think they should have done a search but we'll see how it plays out. That almost seems like a Miami hire.

To be successful there you need an innovative offensive guy I feel, not likely to pull a great one IMO at OC at Miss St, better to get it at the HC position like Mullen or Leach so it's top down.
