I will keep saying it as someone who was there, UVA just played better than us that night. I bought ceremonial Coke cup from that game that celebrated their win against FSU in like 1995. Sometimes chit happens and like FSU then, and us a few weeks ago chit happens and you lose. It is just college football. If you can't take that chit happens in college football, stop being a fan. Just watch pro ball. Cause you can demand college ball be perfect all you want but what you are watching following the Canes is college ball. You may hate it. You may spend all of your life demanding it be different but it still will forever be college ball. I give up trying to convince any individual on this board of it but college football happens and there is not one **** thing you can do to change that. I was there for the Maryland comeback from 31 points down at half. I was there for the hail Flutie. I was there for Aikmen's win as a senior. I was there for 38-3 against FSU when we had the better team. Chit happens. It just does. It is the nature of the sport. If you can't deal with it, you need to leave the site and just follow pro ball.

That's not good. Stalled drives, bad punts, turnovers - the offense is putting the defense in some really bad situations.

What kind of Cane buys a ceremonial cup from ****** that celebrates their win vs FSU and then comes on here and tells us about it?

Jesus wept. Please just tell me you bought a coke and the cup was just the container and that it was left at the stadium crumpled into a little ball.

I would have thought a ceremonial cup from Virginia is something you put in your pants to protect your junk.

Still cant believe we have so many morons who dont see just how good Diaz is. That stat tells it all. The guy fits here. Wed be MUCH better off with Diaz then with Richt. **** expirience. Richts expirience has Mannys D starting with the worst field position in the country. 125th, are you ******* kidding me? With all of our 4/5 stars on offense. Manny and the defensive staff are earning there checks. Let this man takeover, give him a good OC, and get Richt the **** out my face
 
I was born in Miami and will be a Canes fan for life. I have three sons. One was born in Miami and ended up being a NC State fan when I brought him to a Canes game there and Russel Wilson was the QB. He just loved the atmosphere there. My other two sons are both Virginians. I keep pushing Miami on them because it is my team. They mostly follow me. But someday they might choose a different path. I won't hate them for it if they do. I thought it was a good bargain as a sports collectible to leave to them when I am gone. It might have value some day for them. Also, the son I took to the game will forever remember the game experience when he sees the cup. He will look at the cup and think, ****, Dad took ME to the game because we shared that interest. If that makes me a lesser man in your eyes then so be it. I just think of it as being a great Dad.
