Coach Kool can recruit any DL recruit from any state if he wishes. I'm sure Richt and Diaz respect him enough to allow him the ability to choose a DL recruit. They both know Kool is gonna coach'em up and our DL will become a team strength very shortly and it should help improve our OL going up against Kool and his gang in practice.
