That ghetto love the coaches showed Charles certainly paid dividends.

taurean was the most big headedt dude in dade county at the time...I graduated high school the same year...and we knew a lot of the same people....this dude was waay more c*ckier than Willie Williams (who wasn't really that big headed, just slow and goofy)....taurean self destruct on his own....he was a good player though....I remember our coaches were all over him at the cmp I was at...him and Leo Waiters. Taurean went to uf..got in a fight with his girl...then beat up some frat dudes....another eddie Johnson.

Taurean I saw like 3-4 weeks back bouncing at CAMEO on South Beach. At the clubs on south beach its a who's who of former college players...

This to me this the difference between South Florida and everywhere else. A player talks **** to one one coach, and that coach backs down. What? Same player gets tackled by another coach in the same practice and they fight it out, then hug it out. What? And the coach says he tackled him because he couldn't lose the respect of his players. What?Different world than anywhere else.

Stuff like this doesn't happen nearly as often as it used to. Gone are the days where old school coaches got in kids faces and belittled them. If you do that now, kids either fold or administration will fire you.
