The 2011 team had one (1), I repeat, one returning scholarship corner. Your best defensive tackle played 3 games before being lost for the season. Your starting Strong Safety played 4 games before being lost for the season. Your Will played 4 games until he was lost for the season. Your best defensive end was suspended for the first 6 games. Gaines and Cain played a lot and they were undersized. God lord, they had to start Jordan Futch. Chickillo weighed about 250 pounds playing strongside defense end. Still that defense finished #18 in scoring defense and #45 in total defense.
