Is it just me, or has the Warlord's blocking become a strength of his game?

He held up very well against Fowler, and against the inferior teams he dominates guys. He basically escorted the USF backer into the endzone on Crawford's first TD.

He's getting drafted in April before people say I'm getting ahead of myself, you see tight ends with the numbers he'll have by the end of the season leave early all the time, he has supremely improved blocking skills as d money pointed out and he's just a big ******* dude, IMO we need to target him twice as much as we have been

If I am a WR or TE and Miami comes calling I am all ears and ready to commit

I am very happy to see this kid transform into a good player a lot of teams in the
NFL are going to come flocking to south Florida when he is preparing for the draft

Agreed. Must be terrifying for some of those DB's trying to tackle this guy. He is a tackle who runs a 4.5, and can catch

He is really turning into a monster. I'm actually worried we are going to lose him and a few other JR's that surprise us.

He's probably the most underrated player on the offense for this reason. He's clearly evident on most legit runs. Because our guards aren't super mobile, a lot of the pull game relies on him as well. I think they have a hard time taking him off the field because he's been such a great blocker this year.

He'll enter the draft after this season. Part of the reason I think Dobard wasn't redshirted.

He just gets it. He'll run a 4.3 at Pro Day and go in the first 3 rounds.

I do think he's gone after this year. Poor boy from the Muck with a kid - he gone.

Enter Sandland...and hopefully Derrick Griffin

Sandland been looking good in limited action. Dobard will end up a beast. NFL TE from Miami are on their way back.

I dont want nobody to go to the draft unless they are Seniors and have too..... even then I want some of our Seniors to apply for med shirts and stay 1 more year. lol

C. Warlord is a beast..... he is a dependable blocker and receiver that can make plays when the ball comes his way.

I think Golden can get the kids to stick around, Walford may be gone, Cleveland is gone as he graduates. That leaves us with 2?

Walford hopefully sticks around as he is just peaking. Although his draft stock will be soaring if he keeps this average up. If not, than yeah, that would leave Sandland, Dobard, and the freshy Herndon from GA, IIRC.

In all honesty most of our JR's don't have a big enough body of work to take the next step yet. Outside of DP and CHICK none really have that much QUALITY tape to get drafted. Clive May be an exception because of his freakish qualities but hopefully Al can convince him and all of the JR's they need a senior season like he did Seantrel

It's early, but I think Walford should stay. He's still relatively young in the game (only one year of HS ball) and this is a loaded class at tight end with Ebron, Lyeria, Amaro and Sefarian-Jenkins.

Just became a dad not to long ago iirc he came out in a raising canes video talking about how that has made him grow up and really concentrate on being able to get to the next level

Big reason I think he will enter the draft: fatherhood.
Can't blame him for providing for his family.
Same reason Denzel will have to seriously consider leaving early.
We all want them to stay, but let's face it.
You go to college to be able to get a job in your chosen field.
If any poster were Warlord and were offered the opportunity to enter the NFL as a 3rd-4th round draft pick we'd be crazy to say no.
Let's hope he catches 50 more passes for 1st downs or td's this year.
