When you are able to "recruit" without restrictions and luck into some high end coordinators that against all logic stick around forever, even the most mediocre HC can win. Dabo is the walking example of how an organization can win, despite a complete goober being in charge. Even when Clemson was rolling, Dabo looked out of place when compared to Saban and Meyer. Some of this is on Miami, had we had competent AD leadership and coaches worth a crap, the Clemson run likely doesn't happen.
