They went all out to stop the pass, so we crushed them with the run. Not many teams have that capability. We still dominated. A heavy running game chews up clock so the final score isn't as high, but there was never any doubt

They haven't played anyone with a pulse. Literally one top 40 opponent. Louisville, Pitt or VT knocks them off. Pitt probably has the best shot since itll be a home game.

I never said they were some elite team. They aren’t. They haven’t played anybody with a pulse yet.

This was a frustrating game to watch. It was hard to watch the offense struggle in the passing game because we've all grown to love and expect those explosive passing plays.

But a win is a win. No one was injured, which was a bit of a concern with regard to cheap shots. The running game was great. Another test complete.
