These kids are ridiculous with the "love" ****. If you know you want to attend a school and you know you can still take visits, why decommit? It makes no sense, other coaches are going to try to get you if they want you. Period.

No doubt, especially since it is pretty well known fact that "benefits" are available for top recruits just for visiting a school, despite being considered a lock elsewhere.

Tried to tell everybody this kid wasnt solid! Henderson is a good ath...but I'd rather take players like Wilson and Bandy.....ready to contribute right away in a depleted secondary. We dont really need projects the '18 class is loaded with top talent. Also, once we start winning some of those big timers will want to play for us....I personally think we are going to get a top notch cb prospect down the line. Right now its kinda like sellin wolf tickets at a dog show!

As I' ve said before...when we start winning more top notch kids will surface....also, I'm not ruling out his return.....just said he wasn't solid after the Fla visit.... Hate to bash kids but you go on Twitter saying you have an announcement set for 2pm and we find out it's so you can decommit. First time I have seen. Kid set a date to decommit from a school. This recruiting game is ridiculous these days.

If you are going to decommit, just do it, why all the drama and look at me BS.

Yeah it's loaded with talent but the area will also be loaded with elite coaches and bagmen because of it....

It may be loaded, but well just be going through this same s**t next year with another player

I'm not sure why people are so alarmed by this? This is how recruiting is going to be for Miami until we actually start winning games again.

Take off the homer glasses for a second and just realize that Miami isn't the brand that it used to be. We've sucked the past 10 years. All of these kids grew up knowing Miami as another average D1 school. I think it's pretty unrealistic to think that simply a new coaching staff is all that we need to fix our recruiting problems. Mark Richt has been a huge boost to our program but our school needs to start doing what matters most to recruits: Winning and sending players to the league. So I'm sorry to say that you shouldn't be surprised that we're losing recruiting battles to more powerful schools with recent success.

That being said, our future at Miami is looking great. You guys, in the next few years, we will be KILLING it down here. But you just need to take a step back and realized it'll take some time until we start locking down the top athletes in SF.
