When does the 105 scholarships go into effect? Summer or Fall?

Do you think we will switch our recruiting plan going forward to ensure we can fill all depth with HS talent (with idea they will be here 2yrs) so that like we ALWAYS sign 2 RBs, 2 QBs, etc out of HS. So instead of signing a 25 person HS class with high blue chip ratio, we sign a 35 class with a high blue chip ratio for top 20, and the bottom 10 are guys that we think will be solid depth so we don't scramble trying to find a RB 4/5 in portal...

This would be cheaper and easier. And as long as your only expecting them here 2 years, you may have high churn, but better allocation of funds.
