Chris Morris 2020 OL

The young man likes the university of Miami as a institution but doesn't know whom to text to get in Contact with the school. But has 40 offers and speaks with other schools head of / director of recruiting, or offensive line coaches. Yet a quick Google search pops up all the contacts on Miami's staff.

Come on now. Staff has said several times they want out of state kids that are interested in UM that are willing to put skin the game by unofficially visiting campus

yep.

something smells a bit like three day old mackeral

As a grown man who spent over 20 minutes yesterday explaining to an 18 year-old young man the necessary steps to take after he lost his wallet last night (only to have him call his mom because he didn't know his own SS#, how to find his bank account #, or what credit card companies he had open accounts with) I am not the slightest bit surprised by the above.
It’s incredible with today’s kids man. They have the entire wealth of knowledge that has ever existed in their hands but won’t look up anything that requieres any thought. Sometimes it feels like they literally want people to think for them.
That movie “idiocracy” is slowly becoming reality.

hold on so we have actual people on here saying..the kid should recruit hisself. He should google miami staff and contact them. OMG. lmao

KID HAS OFFERS FROM THE BIG DOGS IN THE RECRUITING LANDSCAPE. HE AINT REACHING OUT TO SH*t...THAT BLURB FROM THE ARTICLE WAS HIM REACHING OUT.

Quite a few highly rated recruits have "recruited themselves" to Miami by initiating 1st contact with UM staff.

I am not saying don't recruit the young man but UM also has to consider the ROI on such efforts.

Go Canes
As a soph.

Then as a junior

Do we really think a top-150 recruit with offers from UGA and Clemson is not on Miami’s radar? He needs to show he’s serious by visiting unofficially, on his own dime. The Miami website provides all the contact information he needs.

Or we to show him some love and actively recruit him. We need him more than he needs us! He can literally go anywhere he wants, get off your high horse.

How else would you prefer us to recruit?? Please tell us, cause you sound crazy

Morris is welcome to contact the department via email or phone. His coaches can as well. An email can include a link all his awesome YouTube highlight videos. He can set up an unofficial visit. Attend a camp at Miami. Like all the OOS cool kids.

Offer just because this self-entitled goof says Miami ‘could jump into his top five’? Pass.

Let’s just say his recruitment is ‘in the bag’.

If this guy can play tackle, then sweet, let’s get on him. But if he’s just begging for some attention like that, to come here and play guard, I really can’t get excited about him. We have enough guards we are recruiting in this class already.

I was waiting for someone to say this. Smh

How is he begging for attention by answering questions ? If you’re a top recruit and you personally have interest in Miami but they haven’t offered like many other schools have would you not speak up ?
Some of these clowns would rather him wait until he's a NFL All Pro to share his love for Miami. For him to say then, " I wish they recruited me."
