Absolutely, and Citizen will assume the starting spot he was promised. Hopefully Mario knows better than to offer CJ, Fletcher, Rooster, Chaney, Franklin, Parrish, and any other rb the starting job because that's the only way they'll come here.

I missed him, but didn't he have the state records for basically everything at one point?
