Chatman leaves LSU

All 3 of the Rome DL are very good. Adam Anderson is the number 1 OLB in the country (he plays with his hand down in HS), Griffin recently released a video and his bench press is better than half of the OL and DL that got drafted this year. Griffin had better stats than Chatman laster year. I do think Chatman is better prospect compared to Griffin due to size, but all 3 of these guys are legit D1 recruits.

That wouldn't make any sense. Sure, Chatman pulled some unexpected **** when he committed to LSU with his teammates. He was caught in the moment. I don't blame the kid.

But Pete said way back when that Chatman was "Kool's guy." So you stop recruiting the top DT on your board because he acted like a high schooler? Doesn't make sense to me.

I hope that's not true and Kool is recruiting this guy. We need 3 DTs this class and other than Briggs I wouldn't say we lead for the other DTs we're pursuing.

UM possibly has room for only 1 more DT/NT in the 2018 class when you count current public and silent commits. UM needs to preferably add a 1 tech type that can has good range to the 2018.

Well being that he's back on the market, I think Coach Kul should pursue him and see what happens.. Is there any way for us to get a interview and update on this kid?? I would like to know how he looking thus far, we haven't had any updates on him in a while!!

He was Kool's number one DT. His film was imo the best DT film I've seen in this class.

I think if he was as good as what people made him out to be then Kool would've stayed on him. You don't just quit recruiting a guy that's pretty much guaranteed coming and all of sudden commits somewhere else out of nowhere unless you really weren't that high on him. Silvera, Trout, and Thompson all have better film than him imo. He also benifits from having Adam Anderson getting double teamed.

How do you know kool isn't on him still? I seriously doubt he stopped recruiting his number one target at DT.

Maybe they moved on because they didn't like how suddenly he flipped on them along with that whole package deal nonsense. He might have shown them his flappy cvnt with his actions.

He has to get an offer first. I do think he's there's if they offer late in the process though which is why they're waiting for bigger targets to decide

I believe you are thinking about Andrew Chatfield the DE from AH? Kool was all over Chatman before he committed to LSU with his two buddies.
