This fan base is desperate to see a conspiracy at all times, man.I don't take it as a dig fans don't show up have like one sell out a year it is what it is lol
SmdhRobinson intends to still take his official visits previously set to Auburn and Penn State before he announced his commitment. Miami will now also receive an official visit from Robinson, who initially wanted to save his OVs for schools not within driving distance.
“I’m not going to close down my recruitment,” Robinson said. “I’m gonna keep taking my officials and go see some places. But as of right now, I’m a Cane. This is where I want to be.”
Ive only brought it out for certain guys the last few. That’s all I need to see, don’t even need to watch the film

I like our Chances.I'm glad he's taking a chance on us.
He's got a chance to be really good here.
What's the chance he sees immediate playing time?
Does this increase our chances with any teammates this next year or afterwards?
It's always been that way and always will. That's why when I hear people say a new stadium will help this I laugh. The city shows up for events. Even the 2001 team was not selling out games against Temple. The real secret is to schedule marquis names at our home games. The ACC rarely delivers.
Let's not forget he attended the Spring Game with Trader who also really liked what he saw on offense. I'm telling you, kids will want to play in this system and as long as Mario accepts that, we'll be able to bring in the bigger names at WR. Dawson effect 100%
Free trips, money, girls, etc. Not easy for a teenager to turn that down.yikes
Even the best Miami teams have struggled to draw crowds against weak opponents. Especially for the dreaded "noon kickoff". They'd sellout the FSU game and maybe another big name home game but the next week against Rutgers there'd be 35,000 people there. It's just a fact. Miami doesn't have that many fans. It's always been that way and always will. That's why when I hear people say a new stadium will help this I laugh.

That and we're not located in a town where cow tipping and cousin bangin are the top things to do.Even the best Miami teams have struggled to draw crowds against weak opponents. D$ said instead of nickel they played alot of base D in the spring with Bobby Washington as the 3rd LB. Wesley is really athletic and can cover slot players. It just sucks for me to see none of the CBs thats been here stepping up like Graves. Summer gonna have to be a move. Mario need to go put some pressure on Raymond. Addae is underwhelming. And no im not giving him credit dor Kam when Tyrique and Ivey were getn burnt mercilessly then looking like prime Champ Bailey after the seasonI felt on the boundary, we played decent coverage. But there isn't enough depth for us to constantly play Nickel.
We need a speedster, but it was good to see Ray Ray and Washington get some time. Jacolby also looks decent.
Mauigoa is a dawg. Lets just put it that way.

Spring Game Intel: Top prospects react to a successful Friday night in Fort Lauderdale
What elite prospects are saying after watching Miami's spring game on Friday night247sports.com
- The biggest news coming out of the night was that Fort Lauderdale St. Thomas Aquinas Top247 wide receiver Chance Robinson committed to Miami after the game ended. It was an impressive showing for the Hurricanes, especially coming off of a season where things didn’t go the way they planned on that side of the ball. Shannon Dawson’s unit has the local pass catcher eager to get to Coral Gables.
“They’re throwing that ball. It’s either trips or spread every time. You can make plays in that offense and being home and staying home and making plays for your city is a dream come true,” Robinson said after going public with his pledge.
That's true but at huge public schools, a lot of the people going to games are alums. Miami doesn't have the huge alumni base that a state school has so most of their fans are just locals. The locals aren't usually as die hard as the alums. That and we're not located in a town where cow tipping and cousin bangin are the top things to do.

I think if we have a bad season football players know when talent is good and scheme. We have to see it and watch it and guess what the problem is. These kids know they are dogs they see dogs on the field and will come regardless of record cause they know it will improve.I understand your perspective, but serious question.
In the minds of recruits and their families, you don’t think back to back bad seasons has a worse outlook on the future of the program than one isolated bad season at the start of someone’s tenure?
Also, do you not think that showing improvement is a reason for optimism for the future in the eyes of recruits and their parents and can yield better recruiting results than the former as a result?
