This is the kind of scared safe conservative ball a lot of Canes fans want us to play...

I hope for those of you that do, you pay attention to this game & understand, that this style of play for MIAMI = L's.

I know a former HC who stubbornly ran this exact offense until it finally cost him his job.

To this day, he remains convinced that any O that isn't ground and pound comes at the cost of defense. Doesn't matter what the facts/numbers say. Some coaches just believe in that style of play.

It will not work at Miami. And I sure as **** Mario agrees.

Every time they played an offense with a pulse they got shredded. Turnovers saved them against USC and Louisville. They got outplayed in both of those games.
