Not that ****** Dari but another guest analyst picked his top 5 defenses in the country and had

1. Florida

2. Michigan St

3. Stanford

4. VT

5. Miami

That clueless host Dari thinks Baylor has a top 5 defense...... i have no idea how this clown got a job at ESPN talking sports.

yeah and win they give up 30-40 to West Virginia, Dari's going to end up w/ his **** in his mouth like he always does.

Yep. Who you play matters....a lot.


The same goes for us. We really have made great improvement, but I really don't know how much until we are really tested.

The same goes for us. We really have made great improvement, but I really don't know how much until we are really tested.

its so many ppl underrating Florida's offense, that their heads is going to explode when they win the East.

Yep. But that Florida game tested our D a lot. It especially tested our conditioning. I believe I was off my couch longer than the Miami's O was on the field the entire 2nd halve.lol

if our defense turns out to be top 5 or even top 10 by the end of the year this will have been a great year!

The difference between Florida and UGa is DEFENSE......... UGa isnt going to put up 44 like they did against LSU or even 35 like they did against Clemson.

Florida has one of the best run defenses in the country even w/o Easly and still has the best passing defense. I think its going to be a good rivalry game but I see Florida pulling it out b/c of their defense and the fact that their 2nd string Qb is better then Driskell.

lol good offenses look so pretty until they are up against a great defense.... you're a definitely in for a surprise if you think UGa is just going to win that easily.

Correct. Canes fans are underestimating just how good that uf.ag defense is and what a great accomplishment it was kicking their asses. All of a sudden, everyone's gagging on Richt's weener. 3 weeks ago, he was a bum.
 
I don't think I'm underestimating their defense at all. Nor in any way am I throwing a bucket of cold water on our win. It was a fantastic win. My opinion stems from the fact that offensive efficiency has an effect on defensive efficiency and vice versa.

UF's offense is so inept that they will put their defense in a bad spot (more than just one time I'll bet) especially against an athletic defense like UGAs (they are not world beaters by any stretch, but they got some players) and that will be enough to gain a considerable separation in the scoreline.

Perhaps saying they win in a "laffer" was a bit exaggerated (can you blame me? I'm a Canes fan...seeing them lose by a half a point makes me giddy), but I feel UGA wins convincingly and if they don't then they really need a new coach.
