I like this Darius Tice kid as a Plan B to Collins.

The one clip I saw last week was solid, want to see more highlights, but he could be a back you take along with Collins.

What I like about Tice (and Turman) is that they're jumbo backs who could develop into fullbacks. Hagens is a Sr next year and Dillard hasn't impressed so we need (imo) someone who can come in, learn the playbook, get in the weight room, and potentially play some FB for us whenever needed. Assuming we recruit a JUCO for the '14 class to be our starting FB, we'll also need some insurance/depth a la Mike James early on in his career. The staff hasn't pulled the trigger on an offer for a 2nd back so far but I can see it happening later on depending on transfers and the health of Clements.

How big is Tice? Agree it would be nice to bring in a replacement for Hagens.
