Personally the thing I think needs to change is that anyone can transfer as many times as they want and immediate eligibility. Essentially everyone is on a one year deal which makes it nearly impossible for a coach to sustain a roster. The NFL doesn’t even do this. If the NCAA can somehow rein that in I think it would go a long way toward forcing these kids to make good decisions instead of just going to the highest bidder.

We were having that exact discussion a year ago. Back then many of us were saying we'd be in the playoffs with 4 more guys -- 1 top end DT and 3 ACC caliber DBs.

Merritt did not have committable offer lol Stubbs they decided not to counter and honestly after hearing his interview, I dont even think I'd want that kid running around secondary.

Pickett might play wr Im hearing. recruiting hanks made no sense to me. that kid is a stud though.

Awesome pickup! If Mario was more proactive rather than being reactive, we'd actually have something. In other words, he didn't get a QB in the portal in 2023 and rode with TVD, which was a disaster. He then goes and gets Cam for 2024, but the secondary (and LBers to a lesser degree) was neglected. Now he's fixing the secondary but still nothing on QB for 2025...
