This is where I'm at...Like Knowles tape better but you can't turn down this kid's speed. May play better at WR imo.

thing is curtis looked like a wr. they took him as a cb apparently. They obviously need more speed in their room.

Knowles was running track this season as well before covid..but hes a hurdler.

If you were to throw all 3 of them out there and tell em to guard wrs RIGHT NOW...I ll put all my money on Knowles to lock sh*t up. He's more advanced at the position and has the longer limbs and want to as a cb.

But with having Burns and Curtis already you have 2 undersized guys already in the fold and i know they like size, the cb board has to be real interesting as it is every year...The only position on defense i think Manny n company know what they want is dl. I seriously am confused by their Lb and db recruiting majority of the time. lol

When this man goes to this level of wanting a player or two, they belong here, coach rumph is gone be up against bags and offensive offerings! Might have to get rhett on the phone with this guy to as well!

If it was me, I'd be hitting that kid up every single day & applying as much pressure as possible to put us in position to land him. IMO we should treat Cooper like Avantae & recruit him to the very end, until he signs on the dotted line, recruit him endlessly & convince him to come play for Miami. But that's just me, the staff probably doesn't feel the same.

This is what I have trouble understanding. Why isn't the effort there to sign the best players at CB? I believe you. I just don't understand why.

FSU just signed a top cb from Texas,this is a position they always clean up.Dent,Renardo Green,Travis J,Kylr Myers,Carlos Becker.Let's hope FSU decides to keep looking at national guys and pass on Cooper.

I feel exact same way on Knowles best pure defensive player and cover man at this stage.

I still think they will open up to Curtis as WR #3 or 4 in this class...hoping so. As for size, I hear ya but I will say if he's on D, although slight I've seen Curtis listed at both 5'11 and 6'0.

As for what they want, I think it's a tough call this year because a lot of good corners this year locally, but most don't have size. Like Mcburrows, Edwards, Burns, Knowles all are AT THE WORST High 3* (for lack of better ranking explanation), all can play...Only really good kid with size locally is Marshall (Collier and O'Brien look more like safeties to me, maybe I'm wrong)...

I want them to find a way to get Riley or Cooper in this class.
