So surely if TVD leaves were going to need bring in a transfer QB. Absolutely no possible way should we go into 2023 with Garcia as the starter. If I was TVD and had hopes of getting drafted early I would definitely leave to improve my draft stock. Strangely enough if he actually wants to be prepared for the NFL he should stay.
