Manny does seem capable of getting these guys to play hard; they just aren't put in the correct scheme positions to succeed. And some of them are terrible players at this level of course. Oh and Manny is a terrible recruiter and his in-game adjustments are questionable at best. Overall, we can do better. Can't we?
