So Van Dyke is somewhere in between hot garbage and kinda good.

He's decent, in a system that gives him a shot. The problem is that Lashlee doesn't. A good playcaller gets this guy in rhythm early. A good playcaller sees that he is at his best when in an uptempo system, because he tends to overthink things.
