Part of playing to win the game is not making rash decisions based on hope, rather than having a real plan. What do you do with a 90 yard field with 30 seconds left? Remember, TS was just trying to make a play when he muffed that punt. He was playing to win, to make a great play. Sometimes you gotta let the ball go and make a play next time.

Yeah but you are also making them take more snaps. A snap over the punters head can change the game too. Let them punt. Don’t touch the ball. Then make the decision at that point.
