The D MUST tighten up pass coverage. If we do half as good against it as we do the run they couldn't move the ball. Offensively we have GOT to execute better. Undisciplined penalties and missed tackles are overcooking my grits.

Miami might win by 20. But we are playing with a good defense.

We are facing a backup QB from a 3-2 team. We’ve seen this story over an over. The defense always beats up bad teams and gets worked against anyone legit. If you haven’t noticed this pattern yet you ain’t been paying attention.

I never watched him at Houston. I have no idea what they did but today he’s throwing to defensive linemen at a concerning pace. Whether they need to throw more cut blocks, move the pocket, have rollouts, I don’t know. I just know what I’m seeing on TV is on a lot of these short sideline and swing pass throws is the equivalent of a midget trying to score layups on Lebron.

Defense has been mostly solid. King has been erratic but I’m not giving up on him yet,

Fans love to be negative. It’s comical and expected. If Miami doesn’t win every game by 4 touchdowns, we suck. I’m not sure why people can’t wrap their heads around the fact that this isn’t 2001 or the 80s.

Thank God our Dline has a ton of ballers and we have Bolden. The rest of the kids are mediocre. On offense, we have zero passing game. Let's hope the 2nd half looks better. This is a Mediocre 7-5, 8-4 type football team right now. Can turn that into 9-3 if they find some help at LB and WR.

At this rate G tech...V tech and NC st and NC could be all L's. We wouldn't get away with this kind of offensive performance against many other teams left on our schedule.

Diaz: They are as advertised. They are big up front. They have batted some balls down at the LOS. We gotta continue to make plays and finish drives in the red zone.

I'd say move the pocket, but you either need a good tackle or keep a TE in to block the edge.
In my opinion, I'd like to see WR screens more, and the defense just play Cover 1 Press man.
I also rarely like the alignment our defense is in. We play garbage QB but they play the system and do nothing but that (i.e., no team adjustments), it's very odd to me and frustrating, they don't game plan for a team, they just play their defense. Same defense we saw vs UAB.
