Yes, but still. You have to make that throw if you’re a division 1 quarterback.

It's a low percentage throw, period. Anyone that has ever played QB at any level will tell you that's a hard throw to make. Even NFL QBs miss that throw from time to time, so why should a D1 QB hit it all the time?
