Between myself and other friends who have coached at any level, this is so poor it's practically impossible.

Honestly, I think they are doing it on purpose. There's no way anyone that wants to stay employed would be this bad at basic Coaching 101 stuff. Clock management, roster management. The simple act of holding onto the football, things that Pop Warner coaches are able to successfully teach is beyond this staff.
