It's not the results of the athletic department, it's the fans that are the problem.

hate to do this, but its evident, this team benefitted from one of the best draws you can get in the tourney, and they still let Columbia and VCU threaten. they lost every series this year where they played a real program. The NCAA saved them by not sending FSU or VA to their super regional.This team is not a national seed caliber team. sorry

Yeah. Like it's the fans' fault because they are tired of the SUCK! How many years has it been now since we were relevant in football or baseball? 2001 seems like a lifetime ago. And with the dingbats we have in charge now (#### you, Blake James and the horse you rode in on!) when does this garbage end?

Not in what is left of my lifetime, that's for sure. The hole the athletic department has dug for itself will take years and years to get out of now. Expect FGCU to win a national title in something before we get out of this mess.

As [MENTION=9583]___THEU___[/MENTION] pointed out, we won a national championship in scoring offense. Thankfully, the college sports world will celebrate that as much as a national championship in baseball. Can't wait to see that banner hung in the hecht. #buildinchampions

If people like you and CTCANE would stop patting our coaches on the back regardless of the outcome then maybe we wouldn't have to endure these losses that hurt like ****. Ever thought about that? Coaches don't deserve lifetime appointments. Sometimes it's best to move on. Some of us caught on to that about four years ago, while you and the AD were working on getting Morris another extension.

The UM baseball program needs new life with someone like Mark Kingston. Unfortunately, because of a lack of vision, it appears that we are stuck with Morris followed by DiMare.
 
You guys don't get it for anyone to enjoy losing to gators is totally uncalled for and any REAL Canes fan would never be laughing about losing to them NEVER !!!!

Watch any of the games and it is clear we don't really belong here. Other than the 1st TCU vs LSU game, we are taking the 2 worst beat downs of the entire CWS so far, by far. We were lucky to a certain degree to beak Arkansas. They must have decided during their pre game prayer to do the Christian thing and boot as many, if not more, balls than us in that game. They made us look "clean" in the field. All the comments about the hitting are dead on. Horrible approach (which is dictated by the coaches) that puts us in a terrible hole against better staffs. we do the same thing in almost all of our sports ... we feast on crappy teams, beat the middle of the road teams we are supposed to (for the most part) and then get exposed by quality, well coached, disciplined teams ... well except for football where we ONLY feast on crappy teams and Golden feasts at every meal ... and snack time.

Then why do you accept the current state of this program? They have beaten us and will continue to beat us with Morris at the helm.

Post of the day (and maybe year!) Morris lost touch with modern college baseball YEARS ago. Doesn't matter if we won tonight anyway. We're the 'Hoos' byeotch in EVERYTHING anyway. Having the admins give out only partial baseball scholarships sucks, too. The state schools eat our lunch because of this.
