Canes vs Duke

Yea this is a horrendous take. Outside of the GT loss, we don’t have a bad loss on the resume
A lot of our "Fans" most of whom are Duke fans to begin with have the basketball knowledge of a fruit fly. Duke is likely going to end up in the NCAAT, losing to them by 2 on the road doesn't hurt Miami at all.

we lost mainly on the refs despite some top guys not showing up. and please cool it with the hateful rhetoric... the comments were pretty spot on and tame today. enough is enough please
No, because we see the same stupid, kneejerk takes after every loss. Some of us, that actually watch basketball are tired of the nonsense.

Our repetitive issues is our inability to get defensive rebounds against tall teams. Same thing happened v Maryland.
I don’t see a solution unless we play Casey a lot more than we are.

We needed better play from our guards Pack was good to start but missed shots the 2nd half Joseph and Wong struggled
Pack shot 44% from deep, and provided 18 points. No rational person blames him for anything today. Wong struggled, came alive late. Maybe that is a building block for him, and he can get back on track. Joseph was **** good defensively, but is in a shooting slump(Or should we say, he's averages are going back to what they always have been). Miami got less than optimal production out of Wong and still was a heave away from winning in Cameron. Maybe, not just maybe a couple of FTs here and there, and this is a different game. Then again, refball also happened late, giving Duke a chance, because honestly, it should have been a tied game coming into the last couple of possessions. Why? Because Omier got tackled inside, no call.

We were only -6 on the glass, -3 offensive boards. I would've taken that in a heartbeat pregame.

Some regression to the mean the last few weeks. We won a bunch of tight games early (3 games by 2 points, a few others that were really tight late), and now we've lost those.

Close game luck evens out. Sometimes it happens quickly, sometimes it happens slowly, but it almost always happens.

Still we have a good team. I think we've got a solid shot at the sweet 16.

And they miss Banchero and Mark Williams lol that's how it goes in college bball. Every year you reset. McGusty was a 6th year senior, we got our money's worth
Don’t ruin the moment. We are taking a trip down memory lane from last year.
