Thats the truth. TVD is a better QB but if not going to tailor the offense around him, then have to go with the QB who runs Gattis's terrible offense the best.

He has a bigger arm but idk if he’s a better quarterback

Garcia has so much more energy and confidence and that is important to leading a team.
