such a tired argument. For 3 years dugans has been a god, and this game everyone is dropping balls and now dugans is horrible. OK.

I'm not saying he's horrible. I'm just saying if it's one guy, it's probably the guy. But when it's 3-4 guys, coaches need to look in the mirror. Either they are playing guys they shouldn't be (until they earn the reps) or they need to change your approach with something.....tennis balls, jugs, focus drills, something.

You can critique someone without saying they suck or need to be fired. This board is so **** sensitive.
