Rosier lacks ability to read the defense and go through his progressions. Thats what would make him elite. And right now only an elite QB or another defensive turnover can save this team

There are many things he needs to improve in order to be considered elite. Reading defenses, of course, is one of them. But more importantly, his accuracy is....catastrophically bad.
