I'm not sure what's going on with Phillips, he seems to explode off the line, only to stop, it looks like holding, but never called, then i looks like he just runs into the O-linemen and hold each other, use your hands

This is the worst UM DL in years, little playmaking ability, no pass rushers and undisciplined players commiting penalties. The ROI from Roche and Phillips is looking suspect by the week. The DTs are good not great and we don't have a 3T pass rusher like Mcintosh and Willis
