Richt has called an ok game, but defense didn't show up so we have zero margin for error offensively.
 
We got points on every drive so far. The defense needs to hold up their end of the bargain.
 
If Kaaya checked to the run, then that tells us all we need to know.

Doesn't have the balls to want to make a play himself

It's because of the poor QB IQ of situational football.

Duke is slicing us up because 5 yards on 1st down is a great play. Kaaya might end up averaging that on 1st down, but the variance is so high it's a drive killer. He takes far too many deep shots when this offense should chew up Duke on short stuff all day. He can't bring himself to take the easy play for whatever reason.

Doesn't help that every game is against the opponent and you can expect multiple questionable calls. I don't believe the ACC is saying let Duke win, but I do believe that we get inept officials that tend to fall on the side of not making calls for Miami for whatever reason.
