I hate our coaching philosophy and our hiring strategy even more; however our biggest indictment is the players we recruit. These guys are soft and suck at the game of football.

It does not matter how well you coach or develop if your players cannot beat Central Michigan in any phase of football. South Florida has the best(which are few) players and some of the biggest pussies I’ve ever seen play football(see Miami football).
