It should be no mystery as badly as we looked yesterday against the slider, that we we get a heavy dose of them today.

Five minutes earlier you were screaming to hit first pitch fastballs. If you want a guy to hit a first pitch fastball, he's not going to hit a first pitch slider. Ease up on the 20/20 hindsight after every at bat.
